07-Ghost Episode 8
There's only one reason I LOVE this episode - Evil Mikage looks SO HOT!! Mikage in his normal mode is already my favorite character in this series. Mikage in evil mode is simply too cool!!
Story-wise, this episode is very predictable. I was only a little shocked to see Frau in his other form. I didn't quite expect to see it so soon. Is that his ghost form? Hmm... I believe this is one of the reasons why this series is called 07-Ghost.
Anyway, Teito is FINALLY free from his chains!! Those chains must be very special since Aya-tan needs a controller to break it. It's cool to see the Eye of Mikhail in action again. Teito looks really badass with his red glowing eyes. I can't wait for the battle between badass Teito and Evil Mikage!!
Mini Summary
Mikage is slowly but surely losing control. When he's alone in the garden, he suddenly hears Aya-tan's voice and starts to get headaches. The pain and stress given by Aya-tan are so unbearable that Mikage yells. Upon hearing Mikage's voice, Teito rushes to where Mikage is. Mikage reveals to Teito that he was being controlled all along. Mikage starts having flashbacks about Aya-tan. He recalls the time when Aya-tan asked him to choose between his family and Teito and if Mikage were to choose both, he will die. In the end, Aya-tan chose to make Mikage half-alive. Mikage knows that he will very soon be fully controlled by Aya-tan, and so he pleads Teito to kill him before that happens but Teito simply can't. Since Teito refuses to kill him, he urges Teito to run away immediately. Of course, Teito stays put as he simply can't leave his best pal alone suffering. Just before Mikage loses control over himself, he bids farewell to Teito and Aya-tan takes over. Evil Mikage's zaiphon turns red, and he attacks Teito. Fortunately, Castor's doll, which is watching over them, shields Teito. Castor's doll is destroyed and Castor, along with Frau and Labrador, is alerted. Frau decides to go rescue the boys and let the other two take care of the mass.
Teito runs as fast as he can away from Evil Mikage's attack but Evil Mikage is too strong. Teito finds an isolated place but Evil Mikage manages to get there ahead of him. Evil Mikage shows his wings, and Teito thinks that he's a Kor. However, Evil Mikage reveals that he's not as lowly as a Kor. Evil Mikage starts his attack and he's so fast that Teito can't even capture his movements. Evil Mikage tries to put a controller around Teito's neck but suddenly, Teito falls. After that, Teito takes out his cloak and prepares to counterattack. He aims for Evil Mikage's wing, thinking that it will free Mikage's soul but Evil Mikage easily dodges his attack and reveals that if his wings break, Mikage's soul will never return and his body will die.
Meanwhile, while Frau, in ghost(?) form, is looking for the boys, he gets harassed by a bunch of spirit women. He asks them for the boys' location, and they tell him where. He then proceeds to go to the place right away.
Evil Mikage is finally able to put the collar on Teito and Teito's chains are FINALLY removed. Teito thinks that Aya-tan may let Mikage go if he threatens to kill himself, but as if Aya-tan will fall for that. Evil Mikage takes advantage of the power of the collar, and binds Teito. This causes Teito to be unconscious for a little while and when he wakes up again, the Eye of Mikhail awakens and his entire body is under control.
Pictures
Poor Mikage is in pain
He pleads Teito to kill him or to run away.
Evil Mikage!!
Castor's doll to Teito's rescue
Teito is no match for Evil Mikage.
So hot!! He looks better with his jacket unbuttoned!
Frau in his ghost(?) form
He seems to have more luck with girls when in this form. LOL
With this controller, Teito is finally free from the chains. (The controller looks a lot like the Eye of Mikhail -.-||)
Teito is in a pinch and the Eye of Mikhail awakens again!
I'm not sure why Evil Mikage is crying. Is it because Mikage has not completely disappeared yet?
Teito with glowing red eyes!
